Harvesting Power of Light

Through the use of proprietary relay technology, Nimbus Spartan 1 is a capable volumetric absorption of light to produce a large amount of power without occupying an impractical footprint. The Nimbus system efficiently converts energy from light over large distances through the Proprietary Relay technology. As a result, is is the most sustainable wireless energy system that money can buy.

High Power

Volumetric charging allows the relay to absorb high specific power with our excessive heating. High specific power enables industrial applications to run continuously without ever stopping to charge.

Long Range

Relays receive energy from light over large distances using advanced optoelectronic materials. Excellent for remote autonomous systems charged day and night.

Durability

Relays are independently tested and certified for optimal performance across a wide range of temperatures and environments. Durable construction materials allow Relays to be easily deployed and handled.

Unique Points of Interaction

When considering the design for Spartan 1, Hatch Duo defined 3 unique points of contact within the context of the product and system. This includes the point of purchase where the organization adopts the system, the point of installation where a technician interacts with the system, and the point of exposure where the clients of the organization exist within the same space but do not directly engage the product. These contextual considerations, along with a close examination of the environment, guide the final design of Nimbus.

The Future, Actualized

A unique, cutting-edge technology meets a robust, carefully considered design; the Nimbus system is made to efficiently, wirelessly generate, and relay a large amount of energy to autonomous robotic systems within a warehouse environment or power up a retail space. It considers everything from the environmental context, unique user interaction points, product positioning all the way to technical details such as thermal management and ease of assembly.
