Hatch Duo partnered with Orpyx, a company focused on diabetic foot care, to design a smart, user-centered device to pair with Orpyx’s smart insoles, aimed at reducing the risk of foot ulcers and amputation. This device is an alternative for users who do not wish to/cannot monitor their foot health with a smartphone. Built for everyday use, the system seamlessly integrates into patients’ routines,whether they’re walking around the house, running errands, or staying active outdoors. When issues arise, the device provides clear, accessible alerts, helping users take immediate action. A discreet form factor, intuitive interface, and low-profile power solution ensure the product blends effortlessly into home environments, all while supporting better health outcomes through proactive care.
